The group communication and marketing department is
actively involved in the promotion of the group�s corporate
branding and in helping business units and subsidiaries
alike in their commercial activities. From strategy
definition to message identification and medium selection,
the department gets close to its �clients� and works
as an internal communication agency.
The chief role of our Communications and Marketing
department is to ensure that a strong, positive image
of the Harel Mallac Group is communicated proactively
to all internal and external audiences, and that the
image is consistent with our objectives.
Our department's main areas of responsibility are:
- Production of key publications including the Annual
Report, the Code of Business Ethics, the quarterly
staff magazine �Connexion��
- Management of the Group�s Intranet
- News releases and media relations
- Event planning and management
- Advertising, monitoring of our subsidiaries� and
SBU�s commercial campaigns
- The corporate and commercial websites
- The Group�s visual identity
- Providing communications advice to SBU�s and subsidiaries
- Crisis communication
- Market research and Analysis
Time and resources have been invested in researching
target audiences, key messages, images, techniques and
communication. This led to the creation of a strategic
communications and marketing plan which is reviewed
and assessed regularly.
