The Business Development function has been set up to
service the needs of the business units and the Group
Corporate Office in respect to the company's decision
to develop a well planned and structured approach to
the Group's growth and expansion in the local and international
markets. These services include identifying business
opportunities, monitoring due diligence exercises, setting
up action plans, identifying strategic partners, participating
in negotiations, conducting feasibility studies and
recommending business development opportunities.
The department is actively involved in both organic
and external expansion of Harel Mallac's activities.
This includes accompanying both Corporate and Business
Units' development via the setting up of export platforms,
the creation of fully owned overseas or local subsidiaries
and selecting investment opportunities in view of minority
participations in targeted companies.
