Directors
The Board of Directors consists of 10 members, of whom 2 are executive directors and three are independent. The directors of the company hold office for one year but are eligible for re-appointment.

Executives
The Executive Committee is entrusted by the Board of Directors with the day-to-day management of the company. Its main attributions are to deal with strategic definition, redirection and implementation, to carry out investment evaluation and control, to assume corporate responsibility of human resources and ultimately ensure the smooth running of the organization�s affairs.
